SARDONA US HOUSING Income Fund will acquire income producing Multi-Family Properties, additional cash will then be invested to upgrade properties and hold them for a determined period of time. The proposed repositioning value-added plan is expected to improve the rents significantly while increasing the equity value of the properties
SINGLE FAMILY HOMES
SARDONA US HOUSING Income Fund will acquire, at discounted price over market value, packages of Single-Family Homes strategically located in neighborhoods where there is a current shortage of supply in this type of homes. All properties have been fully renovated, insured, rented and managed by an expert property manager. We are targeting on holding these homes for a period of 3 to 5 years.

Cygnus Advisors LLC, a registered investment advisor (“RIA”) and US Housing Portfolio Manager LLC, have created a strategic alliance to jointly co-manage the US HOUSING Income Fund. Both firms have highly educated professionals with vast experience in the financial services, specifically in asset acquisition and risk management
The managers will also engage the services of Century 21 Capital Brokers(C21) for Property Management. C21 is a Real Estate Brokerage firm locally established in South Florida since 2002 providing best-in-class brokerage services with an iconic brand and franchisor with the largest global network in the residential real estate industry.
